This is an Egg Chair and Ottoman, originally designed by Arne Jacobsen for the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen in 1958. This set was produced by Fritz Hansen in Denmark and dates to 2007. It features an aluminum four-point swivel base and is upholstered in a red fabric. The base sports a full 360-degree swivel.
The listed price includes both the chair and ottoman to be sold together.
The chair measures 32 inches deep, 34 inches wide and is 41 inches high, with a seat height of 15 inches. The ottoman measures 16 inches deep, 22 inches wide, and 14.5 inches tall. This pair shows light wear from previous use, including minor discoloration to the fabric. Overall, these pieces are in very good condition. Please see photos.
